The Human Resource Department (HRD) dedicatedly works for the betterment and the satisfaction of the employees. The human resources are the assets for any institutions who when directed, work efficiently for the institution. The HRD of Sacred Heart Hospital provides clear guidelines, rules and regulations to the employees and seek to solve any grievance of the employees as soon as possible.
The main motive of the HRD is to recruit the right person at right place. The department’s responsibilities are as follows:
- HR Planning
- Recruitment, selection, orientation and induction.
- Training and development of staff.
- Disciplinary and grievance handling.
- Staff welfare and Health needs.
